Williamston Schools Foundation annual Golf Outing

38th Annual WSF Golf Outing!

The Williamston Schools Foundation holds an annual golf outing each year to raise funds for annual grants provided to the teachers of Williamston Community Schools. WSF celebrates our 38th Annual Golf Outing on May 8th, 2021 at the Brookshire Inn & Golf Club in Williamston.

We appreciate the support of our golfers and sponsors. Here are some of the classroom enhancements we’ve funded through your support of the golf outing:

  • Technology in the Classroom – Purchased four mobile carts of 30 Chromebooks each for the elementary, middle, and high school to enable state-mandated online testing.
  • Life Skills for Special Education – Designed a Life Skill Kitchen Area in our Basic classroom complete with refrigerator, dishwasher, and iPads for recipes, meal planning, and grocery shopping.
  • Arts integration at Elementary Level – Developed K-5 arts-integrated curriculum “ArtVenture” in cooperation with the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, Michigan State University, Ingham Intermediate School District, and Michigan Department of Education.
  • International Studies – Allowed students to study abroad through Williamston High School’s International Studies, and hone policy skills through a renowned Model UN program.

We hope you can join us on May 8th and help us continue to enhance educational opportunities for our students. To register for the golf outing or be showcased as a sponsor, click below.
