2020 Be Nice Game

The Williamston High School Be Nice Committee organized the District's first Be Nice Game. The event highlighted efforts by WCS to address student mental health while simultaneously collaborating and informing the community.

The evening included numerous opportunities for the Williamston community to learn more about how they can help support student mental health within the District. Game attendees wore green ribbons as part of mental health awareness. Faculty Be Nice advisors set up informational displays and addressed questions from the community regarding the Be Nice initiative. Additionally, student leaders made a presentation highlighting the role they play in reducing the stigma and supporting peers who are in the process of overcoming anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

WCS thanks Haslett High School for their collaboration on the Be Nice game initiative.
