Williamston Middle School's Design and Modeling Class presented their annual Cardboard Arcade. The activity is representative of the District's STEAM initiative. It promotes research, collaboration, design, and the construction of an arcade cabinet out of cardboard. Students and staff from WMS visited the arcade and were able to interact with the games and the students who created them.
The Cardboard Arcade is one of many that happen throughout the world. To date, there have been over 875,000 events in 80 countries since its beginning in 2012. Every year the Middle School is proud to be a part of this event and showcasing the amazing pieces that students design.
