WCS Collaborates with MSU on Instructional Robotics Study
WCS will collaborate with Michigan State University this year in studying the potential for robots to assist students with attending class when they are not able to be present at school. The robots will allow students who are unable to attend class to fully participate in the daily instructional schedule. Students will be able to login to the robot from home, interact with classmates, and even travel from one class to another. WCS will be the first district in Michigan to participate in such a program with MSU. The robot(s) and supporting technology will be provided to the district at no cost.
