Williamston Volleyball Pink Out
The Williamston High School Volleyball Program and Student Government organized a Pink Out game to support WCS staff members currently battling breast cancer. Student-athletes wore custom jerseys as tributes to members of the community who have been impacted.
As part of the event, WHS sold tee shirts to raise funds in support of breast cancer research. The fundraiser resulted in $5,812.75 being donated to breast cancer charities.
Many businesses, faculty, students, and community members contributed to this event. A special thanks to WCS faculty members Sarah Conklin, Erin Richards, Rhonda Jaskowski, Amy Ide, and Sara Parsons for their compassion and leadership in this important initiative.
The entire WCS team conveys their very best to our staff members and all affected members of the Williamston Community in their courageous fight against breast cancer.
