Students and faculty from Williamston High School's Math and Science Academy (MSA) presented their 2023 Showcase. The event included presentations by MSA sophomores and juniors on projects and original research they have studied throughout the school year.

MSA sophomores demonstrated projects such as creating an electric go-kart, building an ROV retrieval device, and developing autonomous robots for playing chess and erasing whiteboards.
MSA juniors presented original research. Topics included:
- Gut bacterial reaction to various pesticides and preservatives
- Growing plants in Martian soil
- Bacterial contamination of mascara
- Plant effectiveness in reducing airborne microplastics
