The preschool and childcare playground completed the first phase of a $125,000 grant-funded renovation. Old equipment was removed and replaced with modern, inclusive climbers and play structures.
Kids' Corner and Little Hornets administration applied for and received a Childcare Stabilization Grant from the State of Michigan to update the playground. The first phase of the project included significant upgrades to the main play structures in the playground.
Phase 2 of the project will replace the swing sets, expand the bike track, and reconfigure the sandbox, among other improvements.
