The Williamston High School Band and Choir programs again earned high marks at their District Solo and Ensemble Festivals. The programs received numerous first-division ratings and several individual students qualified for state competitions.
The choir participated in fourteen different events with all earning a first or second-division rating. Nine members of the WHS Choir qualified for the state competition.
16/23 symphonic band soloists or ensembles received a 1 rating, qualifying them to advance to states.
