The McKinney-Vento Homeless Education Program and board policy ensure the educational rights of homeless students. The district emphasizes the rights of homeless students to equal access to all educational programs and services for which they are eligible including transportation. Finally, the district assures that homeless students attend school in their district of origin with non-homeless students for the duration of their homelessness.
