Welcome to Williamston High School!

Williamston High School is devoted to the development of 21st-century learners and global citizens while focusing on the physical, social, and emotional growth and support of all students.

Along with strong academics, WHS has a rich heritage of quality fine arts programs, competitive athletics, and engaging academic clubs and groups.  Students are invited and encouraged to become involved in the wide variety of extracurricular offerings available to them in order to complement their academic experiences.

    Wednesday, September 25th is Rhyme without Reason Day. Students pair up with each other wearing costumes that rhyme but otherwise may have nothing else in common.

    • Homecoming Bonfire (Practice Football Field by the Soccer Parking Lot)

      • 6:30-8pm

      • Enjoy spending time with your friends while enjoying free food, playing games, or listening to music.

    Thursday, September 26th is Students dress like Teachers, Teachers dress like Students Day.

    • Bleacher Decorating Setup 5:30-7:30pm in the Competition Gym

    Friday, September 27th is Green & White Day.

    • Pep Assembly (competition gym)

      • Winners of assembly games will receive prizes.

      • Individual winners of spirit week days will receive prizes.

    • Homecoming Parade at 6pm (Lineup on High Street)

    • Homecoming Football Game at 7pm (Football Stadium)

      • Homecoming King & Queen will be announced at halftime.

      • Willy Cup winner announced at halftime.

    Saturday, September 28th: Homecoming Dance 7-10pm

    • The dance will be in the High School Courtyard (poor weather will move it into the auxiliary gym).

    • Ticket Sales will be sold on GoFan, and only GoFan. Students will need their student ID to purchase their ticket. We do not accept cash for tickets. Go to this link to purchase tickets.

      • Pre ticket sales are $10.

      • Tickets can be purchased the day of the dance for $15 on GoFan.

      • Here is a video on how to buy tickets.

    • Any student bringing a guest from another school must turn in a guest permission form to receive a guest ticket code.

    • Snacks and drinks will be provided.
