Friday, April 26 - The MSA Research class will be traveling to Andrews University, which is hosting the Michigan High School Research Symposium. Students will present their original research and see other students' research.
Sunday, May 19 - MSA STEM Showcase
Here, MSA sophomores and juniors will present their projects in a semi-formal setting for community members, parents, and teachers. The event will be held in the math and science pods and classrooms at Williamston High School from 5-6:30.
Friday, May 24 - MSA freshmen will take the annual research trip to Traverse City and Suttons Bay. There, students will build and test ROV's as well as study pertinent issues to the Great Lakes, including microplastics pollution and invasive species. Data collected by students will be used by various entities that study these issues further, including government agencies and unversity researchers. This is always a great time and a highlight of the year!
