District Information The Williamston School District is located ten miles east of Michigan State University. Our district covers 75 square miles of land that includes the City of Williamston as well as portions of the townships of Meridian, Alaiedon, Williamston, Wheatfield, Locke, and Leroy. Our schools are: Discovery Elementary School, Pre-K through 2nd grade; Explorer Elementary School, 3rd through 5th grade; Middle School, 6th through 8th grade; High School, 9th through 12th grade. Our district currently has many new housing developments underway. Our city is well known for its antique shops, and for the quality and comprehensiveness of our educational system. The community provides a safe and supportive environment for children to grow up in and learn. The Williamston Community is a GREAT place to LIVE and LEARN! |
